I am -8 to Gallente and whenever I fly through Gallente space I am unable to activate my cloaking device. Even when in warp the NPC militia supposedly has me targeted.

I adopted two Caldari Small POSes both of which are moon mining, they both have a miner and a silo. Using My POS I discovered I have enough CPU for another miner but not another silo, can two miners use one silo?

Only MDCM can mine mex. Strip Miner IIs do mine less than Strip Miners, but that is without crystals. Mining crystals make them mine something close to twice the amount. Strip Miner IIs require ammo just like Amarr lasers.
